Business Visas:

  • L Intracompany Transfer visas: Transfer of employees between foreign businesses and U. S. business. Qualified employees must be managers, executives, or specialized knowledge employees

  • E Investor Visas: Investors and traders are eligible for non-immigrant status if their country has a bilateral trade agreement with the U. S.

  • H visas: Specialty occupations; applicant must have a 4 year university degree or equivalent

  • O and P visas: Extraordinary ability aliens who are known nationally or internationally in their fields

  • Alien Labor Certification: skilled workers with two years experience or unskilled workers with 3-6 months experience may be sponsored by their employer

Family Visas:

  • Spousal Petitions, Family Petitions: Husbands and Wives may sponsor their spouse, Mothers and Fathers may sponsor their children and stepchildren, Fiance Visas

  • Assistance with visitor visas: Obtain assistance with the consular process overseas; obtain extensions for business or pleasure; obtain a work visa in special situations
